iBill and WEB900 payouts
I just went in to iBill's Webmaster Administration area to check my stats for WEB900 payouts (payments which are MONTHS overdue) and, surprise -- there weren't any.
All data for my sales (from end of June 2002 to end of Nov 2002) are gone. Blank. Nada. Zip. When I contacted iBill, the response I got was: "Payables had to taken down all web 900 transaction for all clients to work on the payout issue. It should be resolved shortly." Of course, having the indefatigable trust that I have in iBill, I'm not concerned. (Yeah right!) What a bunch of bullshit. |
I have been told so many lies by ibill I don't know which way is up anymore.
|
contact your ibill rep. Our rep told us there is no definate eta on us getting paid for missing web900 payments..
|
We switched our Web 900 sales from IBill to WSB and really happy with them :thumbsup
|
My advice run like hell and leave these fools behind

Going on 8,000+ for me, they keep rebilling for themselves, just decided it wasn't wasn't worth paying me. |
I still couldn't get my $10k 12/15/2002 payout :feels-hot

We are currently experiencing a display issue within CMI for all sales reports for web900. Clients may see no sales data for as far back as November 2002. This is simply a display issue. No data has been lost and current sales are being processed normally. Our development team is working on a fix which should be rolled out on Thursday.

It's not a display issue from the sounds of things. It sounds like people aren't getting paid... |

Really, Ibill sucks: http://www.ibillsucks.info |
That's funny some one else waiting for a reply from Sylvia Perez. Hey don't hold your breath. Its been 4 months and we are still waiting.
Maybe its the big fines IBILL has to pay for going over its chargeback limit that is causing all the delays in payment ???? :ak47: :BangBang: :Grrrrrr :throwup :repuke |

Yes, "...sales are being processed normally." But will anyone be PAID for those accumulated sales? Hmmmmm? I haven't seen $$$ in MONTHS -- for thousands of dollars in WEB900 fees. First there was the bankruptcy stall, way back in July -- and then, like an idiot I believed iBill's promise that I'd 'eventually be paid' and continued to let them process my 1-900 memberships. Those kept accruing and accruing, but I was never paid out what I was promised. It was always piddly amounts that didn't make much of a dent in the huge amount of what I was owed. Then, in the middle of all of that bullshit, iBill informs me that they were changing the percentage of their fees and holdback amounts -- ON THOSE ALREADY CHARGED FOR MEMBERSHIPS that hadn't been paid, going months and months back. Then no payment in December, no payment in January. And contacting my rep? You mean this century's new Helen Keller?? I've called Lauren dozens of times -- emailed, even paged her -- nothing. Not one fucking response. I've become a walking, yammering billboard for disuading anyone and everyone I cross paths with (online or at parties, forums, shows, etc.) to avoid iBill at all costs -- offering instead to hook them up with my groovy sales rep over at CCBill. At least there someone will return my calls and I get a check every two weeks, like clock work. Ipso facto. |
I just got paid for my web900 by ibill, even though it was like 1500 for dec, I'm happy

I was told on the 27th of December a wire was sent out. Called back a week later to say it didn't come through and was told had not gone out this time. Good thing you have a threaded board to keep track of all your lies. |
Seems to me like they spent all our money so i doubt we will see it anytime soon. Like many on this board i am letting everyone i talk to know of the problems we had with Ibill and sending them all to Epoch . Amparo dose a great job for us there.
Ibill get your act together or get out of the business :321GFY |
antigravityboy...the display issue in the cmi has nothing to do with your payout. If you have not recieved your payout-contact me at [email protected] and I'll see what that problem is.
|
We should clone 3 times all the reps of Ibill. At least, there would be enough of thenm to answer, even if it is all lies and deceptions.
Ibill is the kingpin of the "Axis of evil processors" |
all web900 sales can be now seen in CMI as they promised

Ok I would like to start off by saying that I love you all. I thought I was the only one that was having problems with Ibill. My story gets a little more complicated though. Due to new Visa Regulattions that I am sure everyone knows about I had to pay the 750.00. When I was imformed of this by Ibill they told me that they had the choice to pay or not pay. I choose not to pay...I imformed them that I didnt want to pay and they said ok. Month goes by and then I notive 750.00 is missing out of my account guess what..Ibill took the money after I told them not too. I asked nicely for my money back and this is the response I got "Andre, I apologize that the procedures were not clearly explained to you, please allow me the opportunity to clarify the newest VISA regulations. VISA has requested that iBill register any and all merchants that have active VISA rebills in order to process your transactions; otherwise you would not receive your revenue. It appears that your iBill account had active VISA rebills past the registration deadline. Per the processing agreement that you have with iBill, we are permitted to ensure that your iBill account is VISA compliant at all times and therefore we registered your account to ensure compliance. I can understand your concern and I apologize for the inconvenience that the registration fee may have caused you. iBill collected the fee on behalf of VISA, therefore, we do not have them to refund; I apologize. What I can do for you is explain the benefits to your business of registering now and you always have the option of not accepting VISA in the future. Keep in mind that over 70% of the on-line transactions are VISA transactions. By registering for VISA now, you are compliant with the new regulations and iBill is still able to process your rebills - ensuring your revenues are protected and your customers have access to your site. You are also exempt from the new rigorous registration process. If we hadn't registered your business - you would have lost the majority of your rebill revenue and you would have had to have been reviewed by VISA for processing. VISA will actually be reviewing websites of new clients to ensure they are compliant with VISA's rules and regulations. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me. Sincerely, Mike " What a crock of bull. They asked me first and since I said no they decided to not take it. What if I didnt have the 750.00 in my account. I bet I would not of be taking visa then. |
Yep, and when the court cases come they will claim the (no acceptance) button was never there.

I just checked mine and got the following message: No sales were found which match those search parameters Such a crock. |

They reallu suck more and more http://www.ibillsucks.info |
ccbill did the same shit, but I never asked about it. I never agreed to register with visa, and didnt care if I lost the few rebills I had, but they did it for me anyway. Luckily it was a site I no longer promote. So there is no money in there even if they want to take it.
