Have you guys A-B tested that tour as far as the thumbnail view versus the scroller? I swear that thumbnail view by default would do WAY better. I only say this because the first couple times I went to the site, I quickly scanned and thought, where's the content? until I noticed the thumbnail view. At least make the scroller arrows more visible, or change that 'ENTER' link which just goes to the signup page. I expected that to be the tour.

We will be doing testing, and we are doing some tweaks to visibility of certain calls to action, fonts, scroller (highlighting scenes), Member Login, etc...

This is technically a soft launch, but it's blowing up so rapidly we are trying to expedite these fixes and get you guys more tools asap.

We definitely want to A-B test the scroll versus thumb view. The scroll default for is to let the content build up.

I'm not shocked that it's converting. The trailers are done in exactly how trailers should be done. Makes you actually want to see the full video.
