dot xxx a TLD, or is this a scam?

It includes :

surfto.xxx
redlightdistrict.xxx
livefeeds.xxx

None of them work, but .xxx isn't even a TLD, right? So what do you guys think, is this guy crazy, trying to rip off stupid newbies, or is it just a mistake?

There are lots of .blahblah that exist. The surfers either have to A) Download additional software to access them or:
B) Change their DNS settings.

Neither is done by an average surfer, so basically you will never get any hits if you use a non-approved TLD.
