Anyone Ever Raise Funding? Have A Question
 

Im working with a friend on a project and he has a couple of people who want to invest. He went to talk to an attorney and they want several thousand dollars to put together an agreement.

We're not looking for millions but mid $xx,xxx amounts to start. Any suggestions on the best way to formulate an agreement were investments of $xx,xxx or $x,xxx will get y% of the company for zz time and after that, can reinvest?
