Mainstream Site Design: Higher end CMS designs?
 

Anyone know of any mainstream designers with a solid portfolio and decent rates?

So far my experience with mainstream design companies or any of the people on the freelance sites is they show you a portfolio that is sweet, and then come up with crap that you know wasn't made by the same person as the stuff in the portfolio.
