According to Facebook's battery of high powered attorneys, the equipment turned over by the man claiming to own 50% of Facebook, showed a "SMOKING GUN" of fraud committed by the claimant.

Wow. Amazing analysis. I guess this makes all findings by defense/plaintiff attorneys during the discovery phase of lawsuits NOT CREDIBLE. Hence, all evidentiary basis have to be thrown out the window in all those civil cases. Who knew? :eek2 :1orglaugh:thumbsup
