Whats your policy on dead models/talent and their content?

been catching a lot of heat lately for not taking down a few scenes of this girl on my site that allegedly passed away 2 days ago. I say allegedly because its all 3rd party information and I haven't seen her real name in any obituaries yet. the girl is not even that popular on my site traffic wise but her videos were pretty funny, she admitted to cutting off her exboyfriends finger and being an ex crackfiend. you know how they talk bts when the cameras rolling. i have no clue on her details but I would have to guess she went the amy winehouse route, or the insurgents downed her helicopter

spunky99 08-07-2011 02:08 PM

i'd say just ignore it

AmeliaG 08-07-2011 02:11 PM

I guess it might depend a little bit on the specific work. If a model is proud of her work, if there is something of her in it, whether it is her creativity or her personality or whatever, I think a little bit of immortality is a good thing and what the model would want.

Peter Romero 08-07-2011 02:17 PM

I had a girl fake her own death to try to get her content taken down. Her "Sister" supposedly made the anouncement. I call 100% total bullshit. The wishy washy bitch couldn't make up her mind on her stage name, weather she wanted to do a site, porn, Boy/Girl, just girl/girl (even though she hated girls) anal, non-anal, blonde, brunette, curly hair, straight - whatever. One thing they are always dead set on though... keeping your money you paid them and NEVER offering it back to take down your material.

What happens in the models' lives after they shoot for me is pretty much irrelevant as far as I am concerned. Unless one of them becomes famous enough for me to exploit with an internet, DVD or tv re-release of their scenes, lol! I know for sure that I have shot at least one model for clients and myself that died of a drug overdose, another that committed a murder, and even one that went to prison for insider trading years ago.

You shot Martha Stewart?

Props to you!

NaughtyVisions 08-07-2011 03:17 PM

Ignore it, or at most, take it down for a short period of time and put it back up when the heat dies down.

So since talent dies, all footage is supposed to be removed? Does that mean Deep Throat is no longer in existence because Linda Lovelace is dead? All of John Holmes movies have been evaporated from the earth? Hell, even make the comparison to mainstream...Should the Dark Knight have been reshot/recast since Heath Ledger died? Fuck no. But to save face, taking it down temporarily (provided the death is confirmed, and not bullshit to get it taken down), isn't completely out of the question.

I agree. And I don't like to remove content.

Was that Marilyn Star? I guess I should return the money she gave me.

icymelon 08-07-2011 03:35 PM

I dont understand why you would take it down if she died. The way I see it you have a responsibility to leave it online so she lives on. People can admire her beauty and it makes her life worth while. Like fine art or a classic movie it lives on long after the creators have passed.
on the other hand if you think pornography is sinful for some reason and it's evil then I guess you would take it down. I think girls should model while they are young and beautiful. Capture that beauty forever before it's gone.

Christians are all fakers

NaughtyRob 08-07-2011 04:27 PM

I had a dumb cunt do the same, I had a solo site with her. She faked her own death, it was only a softcore nude site. She then came back to life to fuck and suck on camera.

Dude your response was fucking hilarious:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh

Certainly you're not OBLIGATED to remove it. I do lot of things I don't have to do just to ve nice. You say her scenes aren't popular. Maybe it's no big deal to you. Maybe you think about what if the situation were reversed. I don't can't say you definitely should do this or that, but it seems to me worth considering.

Of course, it depends on what's important to you also. For me, who I am as a person and being good to others is more important than money in many cases. I'm sure you'll make the right decision either way.

Yep. Marylin co-starred along with series veteran and then main character Chantilly Lace in "Strap-On Sally" 11 & 12 and then briefly took over the main role for volumes 13 & 14 in 1999. The franchise kind of "jumped the shark" with relatively unknown Canadian stripper Lee Anderson as the featured attraction a couple of years later in 15 & 16, but then did the hard to pull off move of "jumping back" with a vengeance in 2001 when I cast fan favorite Gina Lynn as "Sally" for volume 17 and the subsequent releases I directed up to "Strap-On Sally 25" a few years ago.

V_RocKs 08-07-2011 07:05 PM

Don't shoot porn if you are going to die. Plain and simple!

L-Pink 08-07-2011 07:12 PM

As long as they don't die while shooting who cares.

Keep her memory alive by keeping her stuff up ... You know she would be proud of that.

Same here.

The first time it happened it kinda weirded me out and I wasn't sure how to handle it. Spoke with the clients and none of them were concerned so all the content is still up.

Never had a model fake her own death though. Some bitches be crazy n shit.

The Porn Nerd 08-07-2011 08:40 PM

The only "rule" I personally have when it comes to dead models is this:

I do not fuck them.

Other than that, if docs were signed.....:)

YO SHIMMY WHASSUP????????

BVF 08-07-2011 09:56 PM

If she's dead, it doesn't even matter anymore...I have a girl up on my site right now that recently died in a car accident....I just put her pics back up and gave out a "RIP Doochie" and kept it moving....Plus she wanted to do something else with me before she died and had her sisters approval, who introduced me to her in the first place.

And why in the HELL are you talking to those bitches on your personal facebook? And who the hell is she to speak for a dead person?...Why is this even a question on here?

RIP Doochie

hollywood producers would be hurt'n if they pulled every movie that had a dead actor in it.
