when I first came to GFY I was shocked at the amount of people that couldn't manage their own servers or even add a domain to a box. Not being able to put up a banner is pretty bd though :1orglaugh

Most webmasters still don't manage their own servers and frankly I don't blame them. It's a pain sometimes. I'm always a little shocked how helpless some people are though...like when a "webmaster" needs a host to install a script for them or can't figure out some HTML.
