I've read your statement and I'm potentially willing to give you a chance but can you link to any announcements you made around the time when you sold the program (but before payment problems were occurring) and is there anyone who will vouch for you that you were available (and not in hiding) when people weren't getting paid and that you were actually being honest with them? Either of these would go a long way.
