    Scorpion sting antidote approved

    Great news for those in Arizona, Vegas etc.

    The US Food and Drug Administration has approved a Mexican-made antidote for scorpion stings.

    In Mexico stings are a major problem with an estimated 250,000 people seeking medical treatment every year; while thousands of Americans, particularly in Arizona, are stung annually.

          For every person killed by a venomous snake, 10 are killed by a venomous scorpion. Funny how it say's "Poisonous Scorpions" When Poison is eaten or inhaled.

              An ex of mine had a house that always had a bunch of scorpions in it. Every other day there'd be one someplace in the house. Resilient little fuckers, can live for weeks with no food or water. The home builder built on a giant scorpion nest and there was no getting rid of them.


              I'd shake my shoes before putting them back on when leaving. Thats for damn sure.
