Where have sales gone?

here are some stats direct from my CCBILL admin

March 2008 - 73% of paysite sales were from US customers

July 2011 - 44% of paysite sales were from US customers

30% decrease!!!

not sure, i don't know of a way in CCBILL's admin to easily do that - i did these by just manually counting.

i'll have to check but I think Canadian sales are down similar to the US.

i'm getting some Russian sales these days which I don't think I had any from Russia 3 years ago.

UK, France, Australia, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland make up most of the non North American sales.

Today you have to have an internationalized sales and marketing strategy ? this would include translated websites and payment options suited to, and offered to, buyers of specific countries.

e.g., better international processing, direct debit and phone pay ... Credit card payment may be commonplace in the United States but world-wide it's another story.

canadian sales are up for me and regional US sales in the zip codes where my girls from are always on the up and up. i say use google analytics and see what cities your top visitors are coming from and do some shoots there
