I need a new laptop... Any Suggestions?
 

I wanna spend like $1,600 or so on a new laptop. I checked out Dell's but the are kind of pricey. I also checked out Compaq and they give you the most bang for the buck. Anyone else have any suggestions?

Go talk to one of the stock boys in Comp USA or Circut City and work out a deal for one of those new 17" Powerbooks for $1,500.

I bought one about 2 years ago and it still works great.

Sony all the way......just got a piece of shit HP a couple months ago........I should have listened to the crowd. Try and find someone who has a vaio laptop that doesn't LOVE it....

btw...my lappie was around $2300.....which is dizamn good for 2.8 1gig, 60gig.
