In my country the owner of the car would kill anyone who does that to the ride. Especially if the car owner is a money dude with guards around.

last parking ticket i paid was i believe $11...at these prices i just park anywhere to be honest.

think its around 12-15 bucks.. but if you get more than one or are late with payments it goes up exponentially...

lol , parking ticket here is 10-20 bucks, but the bribe works better even 5 bucks, is more than enough.... and if your car has sticker of "govt. of india" then nobody dares.......no questions aked, no papers requirede , u just have to buy sticker. no kiddding.
