We norwegians are very well educated in the profession; complaining?
Winter; to cold, to mild (where's that fucking winter?), To much snow, not enough snow, summer; to cold, warm, wet, autumn; to much bad weather and whining about the summer thats gone (Which in memory now is nothing but the best summer ever) .... etc

How are this at your places?

Human psychology man.. Always complain about the red traffic lights, never celebrate the green ones. 10 years of doing good isn't enough, 1 day of bad is too much, etc. etc.
