PS-2 or Xbox, and why?
 

Which should I get? Manditory games to get?

I've got all three of the new systems, and since I love them all...I can't pick on over the other.

Here's what I'd get if I had to buy them over again:

PS2-
Madden 2003
Socom: US Navy Seals and Network Adaptor
GTA: Vice City

XBOX-
NFL2K3
Splinter Cell
Halo
XBox Live

Gamecube-
Metroid Prime

It is a tough call. PS2 has a lot of games available now. Both have a TON of great games coming out soon. Why not just get them both?

PS...Metroid Prime is the new HALO :)

Tiger Woods 2003 is kick Ass on X-box!!

Grand Theft Auto kicks Ass for PS2!

PS2 - I like the games for it and I like the controllers better

XBOX definatly has controllers made for gorilla hands. Even the controller-s is a really bad design. I personally like PS2 much better, and most of the good games for XBOX are available for PS2 aswell.

I must admit.. the Xbox system is bulky, and so are the controllers..

Once you've played with them for a while...you won't even notice that they're so big. They really do fit well in your hands.

controllers are the right size for my hands, It's good not to cramp up during a long session

those of you who complain about xbox controler being to big, you know they did make a smaller one...

Buy em all. All three systems. The price is cheap.

i've got ps2/dc/gc/xbox and right now i play my xbox more than all of them. my dc gets more play than my gc(just bought it for first party games but i've been rather disappointed). my ps2 was getting used for online ea sports games and gta3 but now i just use my comp so my ps2 is just collecting dust. it all depends on what you want in a gaming system.

more support by major developers - ps2
first party games - gc
i-net play, a lot of games, best hardware, trying to monopolize an industry(doing a good job i might add) - xbox
