Need programmer w. flash player experience
 

So im making my first paysite with streaming H.264 videos instead og downlodable wmv. files. Thought it would be more or less easy peasy. Fuck I was wrong..

So now I need a programmer with experience in embedding pop up video players for H.264 video files. And if possible I would like to see an example of what you can do..

It's all in the encoding. That's the hard part. The player part is easy. Use something ready-made like jwplayer. Whatever you use, make sure it can fall back to HTML5 for people who don't have flash.

Well the encoding I think I'm on top on.. I have JW player installed right now and it works like crap.. Need someone to work out what I need to do to make it work well and look good..
