I couldn't belive myself but it seems it's like that.
Epass don't have cash as it went to investments but they have assets and they are supposed to sell them now as court said.
Attorney i used for this ,Daniel Zahavi won several cases against epassporte and it is agreed that they will pay out the money no later then June 30th 2013 .

I was almost sure that we will never see our money again,but this is nice news indeed:)
I signed the papers that i agree with terms,and now i can just wait:)
And yeah btw... they will pay money owned plus interest :)

How much were you owed Lykos, and what is Daniel's fee for the amount you are claiming?

Also, did you pay Daniel upfront?
(really fucked if you did - most lawyers will settle for percentage of proceeds recovered ..)

Amount recovered vs money spent?

Yea, i have been asking for one repeatedly and can't seem to get one.
Can't seem to get any settlement or court motions..etc documentation at all.

Ive been told that this "agreement" that he wants signed says'6 months' and in another part it says until 'june 2013'....with a few "if possible" maybe....placed here and there.

This is pretty much the resurrection of the same 'agreement' he skipped out on back in December.
