Craigslist Responses All Spam Bots
 

I did a couple of ads recently looking to sell a local domain, but I am getting all these strange bot emails that are just spam responses, not one real person. What's going on with CL? Anyone lese getting this? They aren't even trying to get cc or banking info, just dumb stuff. CL used to be great up until recently.

Yea, seems to be and they all send the same email and say they will get a moving van or something lol, for a domain name :D

It's the fake money order scam. They will send you a money order/ cashiers check for way too much, then ask you to send them back the difference. My GF thought about moving out and we put a CL ad. Had "2 different" replies from "2 different" women but the reply was exactly the same. Right down to the incorrect spellings.

Man CL is going to the spam bots. I posted a few ads looking to sell some computers and a TV and got a shit load of out of state people who wanted to wire me the money or send a bank check. A buddy of mine is looking for a job and most of the ones he applies to off of CL he gets that credit score crap. Craig Newmark needs to step up his filters or something.

Bring back the sex jobs cl!!!

yea CL was great for that, now it seems to be good for nothing, havent tried real estate on there in a bit was great for that too.
