J-1 Work Visa - Getting Married - Info?
 

If someone is over here on a J-1 Work visa, and they get married to a US Citizen,
What are the Problems that can come up?

Is it like TV where they ask you a million questions?
How often are inspections, if any at all?

Just document everything, make sure you can prove your common history prior to getting married, make sure you can show proofs that you have joint credit cards, joint bank account, pay your taxes jointly, can provide references that will confirm you are a legit couple. They can be pretty picky and will try to sniff you out to see if you are legit or not.

unless you are sketchy no reason for them to do more then 1 inspection

it's hit or miss. My friend didn't go trough an ordeal but other people have with surprise inspections and the dreaded interview where they split you in different rooms and ask you how many bjs a day you give each other

I met a couple of Russian girls here in the USA on a J1 work visa.
The Visa is about to expire, and they plan on staying by enrolling in School.
This only prolongs them from going back from what I read.
To be able to stay in the USA, they need to get married.
One of them is Smoking hot, so figured we could help each other out.

Good thinking. Committing immigration fraud and about a dozen other types of fraud is a great way to help a hot chick who you don't know and who doesn't give a fuck about you. Obviously no immigration officer is gonna see this one coming and certainly would never think your quickie marriage is anything but genuine.
