People have been arrested for it. I've shot cops with both a camera and video phone though.

No, just in explanation of a reason (and not a very good one) why some cops treat people like shit. There really is no excuse for the behavior and I am not excusing it.

It's things like this that are behind a lot of the abuse ? acting out of stress and paranoia. Other reasons for abuse are simply twisted sadistic behavior. Give the wrong person color of authority and a gun you have serious problems and an accident waiting to happen.
