there aren't any other options other than creating a blog to promote Ariel Rebel's site. many programs won't even let you do that but i think Panchodog allows it. i allow it, i like when affiliates go to trouble of registering domains to ultimately send traffic to my paysites.

Build a rocket science community there.

Do a bio site on her since it's .info, and . info rox, until recently on of my .info's was my best site making 3k+ a month with famedollars :) a .com took its place but has nothing to do with tld :D

make a blog with all the links you can find to rapidshare and oron and filesonic content of her, and put livejasmin ads on it

Definitely the traffic better end up at the real Ariel Rebel site or they should sue you for trademark violations. If you registered one of our trademarks we'd call the lawyer, the registrar, THEN maybe you. We did take a domain from someone who registered a Strongbox related name. The registrar handed it over in less than an hour.

How? Domain disputes take months. I've had one from multi-billion dollar company. If it was possible to just call up the registrar I'm sure they would have went that way.

You could do an Ariel Rebel review site and update it with their galleries. If they allow you using the domain that is. Don't see where the problem would be if you are sending the traffic to them.

It is possible. Happens a lot. A registrar can do anything they want with a domain name. Read any TOS for a domain registrar - they can make a judgement call and do anything they want with a domain name.

Download the memberarea from arielrebel.com and build your own paysite.

I'm like 99% sure they didn't register it because .info *IS* worthless and they know it. Unless you've got a MAJOR keyword, .info just won't give you a whole lot of SE traffic, or if any at all.

But to be polite I would still contact Ariel and let her know what I intended to do with the domain and if she wanted to buy it back, then so be it.

I couldn't find a trademark registration for the term "Ariel Rebel" at the USPTO.GOV website either, so that is kind of interesting.

Register cocacola.info and explain to coke that "....its worthless and you know it"
