What's the best one? Or is there other's like the 2 mentioned in the title? for like having a toll free number to accept faxes, voicemail, etc...

stay away from ureach. They try to pimp you out to keen email. Basically stuff your inbox with "you got mail at Keen". Also, the talking ads don't help. Finally, the "floating" ads are bullshit.

Odd i never been spamed by ureach. Been using it for a long time to. Now occassionally someone spams my ureach email account but that isnt the sites fault.

How's J2.com ? They look pretty dope.... I want something more insternational. Ureach.com is only for yanks.

Onebox is nice, they've added follow-me service for phone calls as well.
