Can't sit still and can't do anything feeling

What causes that? Can't sit still in your chair or lay down, nerves shot to hell, walking the floor half of the time but can't seem to channel the energy into anything productive.... I've had it a lot for several months. It's very frustrating. Is there a name for it?

Did you ever try Kratom by the way?
I think it might help you...

Sometimes I can't... but most of the time I sleep fine

I don't sleep until I sleep, though

None of this napping and whatever else

Had breakfast?

It's called anxiety. There are many different levels of it.

1. Eat breakfast at 9am sharp, eat lunch at 12 sharp, eat supper at 5 sharp.
2. Set wake and sleep times. Stick to it!
3. Use daytime hours to work (you will be more productive).
4. Smoke a J before bed the first few nights until your body adjusts to the schedule.

Bump for more good advice, as I have that often.
I suspect that getting organized so I know exactly what I should be doing at the moment might help.
