Industry Related Roomate needed for a West Coast Home Office in Los Angeles

Well, actually it is in Playa del Rey, right near the beach. You can look it up on Mapquest by checking 6334 Vista del Mar, Playa del Rey, CA.

It is a 4 story townhouse. It's got a two car garage on the bottom level.

A home office on the second level.

A large living room and kitchen on the third level.

A split double master 2 bedroom floor plan on the fourth level.

And a roof top deck that overlooks the ocean and mountains.

The place is fully furnished with nice stuff. It belongs to a friend of mine in the business who most of you know but I can't disclose his name. It'll come with the sheets, dishes, TVs, stacks of pornos, etc.. Everything!

My plan is to setup a rocking networked home office with all the things that come in handy, like fax machines, etc.

I'll only be there or have one of my people there one or two weeks a month. I'm looking to rent out the second room to someone in the industry. They'll have access to the whole place. I'd prefer someone with the same goal I have. An inexpensive, yet extremly cool, West Coast home office.

This place is less than 2 miles from LAX and pretty much right on the beach.

Oh yeah, it'll cost you 2000 dollars a month if you want it. Not too much considering what we are getting.

I'm in the LA area and been looking to either buy a place or move.
What's the rent?

Keep in mind that this is a 800,000 dollar house, fully furnished, on the beach more or less and will have a kick ass home office.

That's a damn nice area. :) $2k is just too much for me, otherwise I'd be all over it. :)

Boy I would almost move all the way there for that rent.

I wouldn't mind moving in myself, but would I have to leave my family behind ?

My God! You may have to pay a little higher rent than others.

Guys, that's not at the end of the runway! haha

Actually, that area has nothing but 800k+ homes on both sides of the marina. Very nice!:thumbsup

Cali is such a rip off....I'm glad I don't live there.

That is a nice place though. How many square feet?
