XBOX Kinect one step closer for your adult sales
 

I was just checking out this cool new feature using the xbox Kinect.

The videos demonstrate it perfectly but a quick description is you can now scan your features to create an avatar in your likeness
and then interact online with several others that have done the same.

We all know the adult industry is thee early adopter when it comes to new technology
so I got to thinking where this new kinect feature may lead us.

Interaction with the model is key in adult. It started with phone sex then went on to online chat and web cams and both together.
The customer craves interaction and its a huge selling point.

The new avatar Kinect is new for the general public and even though it seems primitive it has enormous potential.
The movie AVATAR was made with this same principle with remarkable results. The avatar kinect is like the home version of Cameron's AVATAR.

I would think a model could sell private Avatar Kinect sessions with customers by the minute and do very well.
It certainly will be interesting to see where the adult industry takes this as the tech gets better.

Probably will be popular, people like 3d porn based mmo like Utherverse and RPG like Bonetown.

Kinect is pretty awesome. I'm in it mostly for the Dance Central, but I can definitely see the potential with Avatar.

You have no idea, do you even know what people think of the kinect? A few people here might like it but they don't have a clue how it operates. The avatar kinect may look pretty cool but its already been done, just because xbox have made it doesn't mean its any better. IMO it wont be a hit.

I just don't think many people would take interest in it.

Please tell me what else has already been done that is both similar to Avatar Kinect AND so widely available to the general public which in a business sense becomes the customer base.

The point of my thread was the from an adult business perspective. I'm looking at what this could be three to five years down the road.
