Up until the end, Donny maintained that he had nothing to do with PWL. The last I read, straight from his mouth (or keyboard), was that he is done with everything in the industry due to attacks on his family from "the gay mafia." He said in a blog post on xxxfilmjobs.com that he received a generous offer for xxxfilmjobs, and that he was selling it. He also said that the new owner would operate the site under Donny's Admin account...in essence posting and operating as Donny. :disgust The site has been redone....now ripping off modelmayhem, and the Donny Admin account is still active. I tried to find Donny's farewell post, but all previous blogs have been deleted, and I was too lazy to search web archives.

I got the ownership info from godaddy when they started ignoring DMCA requests it was a slam dunk we knew it was donny but that gave us the legal footing to get started.

Because the story is unfolding theres a lot I can't tell but what I alluded to here was simple.

We didn't have proof who owned PWL at the time. Everyone knew it was Donny but nobody could prove it.

The break came when they quit honoring DMCA requests.

A miscellaneous motion was filed to compel godaddy and domainsbyproxy to release the ownership info on that basis (copyright violation) it was approved and the registrar was served and complied. That was step one, that gave us what was needed to move forward with the rest.

We had long term, medium term and short term strategies in place, some are still being used, when the story can be told, it will be, meantime we are still fighting this war, making sure that it doesn't re-erupt.
