Need suggestions for chat / IM support
Can anyone suggest some good tools to use for offering chat and instant messenger support to clients ?
Currently I'm having our support people to use remote desktop to login to a PC that have all the applications running (skype, aim, icq, etc etc etc). I'm trying to see if there is any better solutions for it, I'd especially like to keep 1 long chat history so I always got a point of reference.
What solutions exist for this ? Remote desktop works pretty good but it can be a bit slow since it is the entire desktop that is transferred and not just the "chat" parts.
