I honestly NEVER knew what a "dust storm" was before the threads that were here last week or the week before that....

Are these things a common thing in AZ?

From the photos and videos of that last one IF it was a common thing I dunno how anyone could live there.

The picture I posted is more common. The one we had last week or the week before or whatever really was the worst one I've seen in 12 years being here, or at least that I can remember.

We get two months of an occasional downpour and occasional dust storm. It's not like it happens daily. It'll happen for like an hour then it's over. The rest of the year we hardly have clouds, much less rain or even wind.

I'd live in Arizona just to see the dust storms. Seems awesome.
