Very few full shots that show both at the same time.

It wouldn't surprise me at all if they used a body double for most if not all of the shots that didn't include her face.
Consider the hair extensions and heavy makeup and its easy to see that her look in this video was extremely fabricated.

that video was the epitomy of cliches. It had gratuitous sex and violence, a "it was all just a dream ending" and a Thriller closing shot.
