Here is the next evolution in hosted movie galleries.

Start offering two different kinds of galleries - 'surfer friendly' and 'dirty'

Most of you already make 'surfer friendly' galleries - (nd, ox, soul, ebt, goo, jp18, sic, etc)

so it will be easy for you to add dirty galleries.

Collegefuckfest is the only one I have seen who uses all dirty galleries ie: 10 thumbs and only 1 working movie.

click for click collegefuckfest converts the best but pisses surfers off to some degree.

So please start catering to us that have private tgps and SE fed sites and could care less about pleasing our surfers.

Besides you have nothing to lose by offering them considering you will make more $$ per gb burned and so will your affiliates IF they choose to use them and I'm sure tons will.

Make it happen.

We already have movie gallleries like this. If you need some gay movies or pics sign up and link ours they convert great!

I partially agree and it's all about the CTR. We have decent length and quality movies and still get an average CTR of 8%. The hosted movie galleries that I made have 3-4 hi quality videos that average 20-30 secs each but the designs are very aggresive from an advertizing standpoint. Good for TGP owners :) and paid spots as they pull clicks like a mofo. :) IMO there is no real need for surfer friendly galleries because these are not meant for general submissions.

Too clean galleries isn't good
I had one of the hosted galleries of adultplatinum on thehun just to see how it would do..... 0 sales.... great.

CTR is important. I can generate 30%+ ctr with a good gallery while the ap gallery only got like 1% ctr.
No need to fuck the surfer but no need to make it them too easy either.

Your gallery designs are great and your CTR is great - I just wish it converted better with my hardcore traffic... your galleries are VERY clean too and you movies like you say are primo quality.

You should make a dirtier version that only has 1 movie - waay short in length and not so HQ. and make a bunch of thumbs that go to the tour.

I hate to say it but collegefuckfest galleries are kicking ass for me and it's because the galleries are so freakin dirty and aggressive.

This is my point - make 2 versions everyone ;)
