I don't care how you slice it, after both Uruguay and Paraguay creeped into the semi finals and after watching Peru and Venezuela manhandle their once top division opponents one of the two latter teams will win no doubt. I am pulling for Peru to take it all though.

Can any Uruguayans here tell us whether their country is a good place to live/be an adult webmaster? I've read many times that it's currently the best place in South America - at least for not having to fear being kidnapped every time you walk down the street in smart clothes or get into a taxi.
