I need a dedicated server with about ~100 IPs on ~10 different C-class networks.

Minimum server specs:
Linux OS
8 GB RAM
QuadCore 2.5 Ghz
HDD 1 TB
Bandwidth: ~1 TB/month

Controlpanel:
Webmin

I need it managed but should be able to handle most things myself once it's up and running with all the software I need installed.
