I used to do gallery reviews for a huge tgp and someone used to submit galleries that had tiny 40x40 pixel thumbs in the center surrounded by HUGE scat banners that filled the rest of the page all over the page.

I asked the guy who runs it if I should ban the submitter and he was like No that's fine, put the galleries up.
