So, after about 6 months of this bullshit, I decided to head to the Federal Building to report this fucking site as a Hate Crime site which targets the LGBT community, minors, and adult perfromers who support them. Nevermind the fact they are exploiting information from a compromised medical database from AIM, and threatening to leak what Adult Talent Testing has in the next week...

How is it a hate crime? I haven't done much more than glance at that site because I don't care, but I didn't see any crime? People can SAY atrocious things, and it doesn't make it a hate crime. Where's the crime part is what I'm wondering?

On places like Canada, most of Europe and much of the so called Civilized World, hate speach IS a crime. As it stands though, hate speach is still protected under freedom of speach in the United States.

2) The country he supposedly is in has VERY strict libel law and is one of the most censored countries in the entire world. Well, then you should probably consult with your lawyer if knowingly profiting from and essentially partnering with a site that is committing several federal offenses and profiting off of them puts you at risk for criminal charges and/or civil litigation.

Americans do not get the luxury of traveling with the same freedoms they have on US soil and are subject to local laws and regulations. The First Amendment does not apply outside the borders of the United States of America.

There is speech (which should be protected) and then there is damaging / hateful speech with the intent to do harm. The two are not the same. Thats one of many problem with this biz these days, one of the many reasons its in the toilet. It really isn't a surprise that the low level dirt bags like DirtyDanza and DirtyD would support Donny Long financially. But Mallcom should know better.

We should, as an industry run people like this out, if the industry were more organized and more honest word could be gotten out and and these guys would fail quickly.
