I was hoping it would not be necessary to ever reopen this thread, but you leave me no choice. Please know that this is between you and me, and I am not rehashing anything from the last interminable thread.

You called me the other day to ask if I had been tampering with your models. I assured you that I would not be involved in such behavior and we hung up in what appeared to be a détente. I was later told by a friend that there were comments on your BBS about continued tampering with your models which convinced me that the matter was not closed. I decided to write you an email hoping to perhaps give you more information so you could determine the root of this problem. Unfortunately, you took our private communication and posted it on your BBS for all to see and comment on. You blocked me from the BBS so I am unable to comment or defend myself. In addition, and I find this amusing, you deleted parts of my email where I mentioned that several of my girls found their way to your site. I gave you my impressions as to who was behind this, but you left out the comments about my girls showing up on LCN. I post for you a section of my original email, and the version you posted on the BBS where you purged my comments about my models being possibly tampered with. I ask you to explain why you left out the points I was trying to make if you had nothing to hide. I also feel that you have slandered me by not allowing me to defend myself or at least offer clarification. I have been told there are now many posts on the BBS responding to the sanitized version you posted, and I am unable to offer further clarification .

Here is what you posted on your BBS. Since you have referred to proof, I ask that you post such proof here. I also do not see why you continue to drag Jasmine into this regardless of how you feel about her. You have slandered her beyond belief ,and now you are trying to denigrate me with false accusations. Let it be known that four of your girls approached me about joining my site, and I turned each one down while they were still involved with you or another site owner. This I can prove, but I doubt you can prove otherwise.

Punchcard: The Asshole.

A few girls have come forward to me telling me that Punchcard and someone else (you know who), have been up to some tricks, spreading false information, and attempting to create some fake drama. It's silly, pathetic, and amateur.

This is the second time Punchcard has tried to fuck with LiveCamNetwork, the people in front of and behind the camera, and the good folks at home. Click here to see what he tried to do to us the first time.

I gathered some info and then made a phone call to Punchcard earlier today to confront him. I asked him quite nicely if what I think he was doing was true. He denied it of course, but wow what a denial.

Without going into details, Punchcard was attempting to bring LiveCamNetwork down to a crawl (yes I know, we only have a few models compared to the giants out there like MFC, I know, I get it!). Punchcard made a big point of asking me to check our logs, etc.

Well Punch, I did.

Anyway, I decided to block Punchcard's other account today, "Frottage", after I found out what I found out. And after I did that, I received this letter from him.

Ms perfect NiceClare,BitchyClare or whatever name she chooses to use is an imposter using her feminine persona to secure money from chatters. Clare is a guy named Peter who is, to the best of my knowledge, a university professor and certainly has and had the funds to indulge in a little frivolity over the years. Instead he/she deludes people into thinking she is a lesbian and cannot use her account to purchase time since her "significant other" might find out. This is another person who reeks with duplicity

Now since you have brought up the issue of tampering with models, I would venture to say that guttless-tazz cretin in behind this. I am almost certain that pussy-whipped Tazz or dual persona freako Clare would be behind this.

So, please find out who is spreading these rumors about your girls. I assure you it is not me or Jasmine, regardless of what you think of Jasmine. If we succeed it will be on our own merits, and not from undermining those in the industry. Please clean up your own house , before you cast aspersions over to my side. I would start with the two useless individuals I have already referred to.

Punchcard: TBear is a fine gentlemen and good friend of the site. Tazz is a fun, smart and kind individual who I can't wait to share a beer with. I don't care if Clare is a girl or a dude. Everyone is anonymous behind a keyboard and "Clare" has always been good to me, the girls, and LCN.

You Punchcard, have attempted to steal from us many times as well as cause numerous other interruptions to my business. I have started receiving screenshots of what you (And your cohorts) were attempting to do and it is pathetic (and I especially love the way you tried to take advantage of one girl's situation by telling her to "officially resign from LCN" so you could "legally" do what you wanted to do. You have absolutely no credibility, and your rant on the phone earlier today was a joke.

I also want you to know that I will be turning everything over to our attorney now and he will let me know what our next step should be.

Sorry if this is confusing. I tried to capture all the elements in one post. Perhaps it will be easier if I just break it down to the core issues.

I was with Mark as one of his site owners but that did not work out. When I was a site owner , I went by the name Punchcard. Like most ex site owners , I was banned from the LCN BBS.

I was able to use my other name ,Frottage, but just recently innuendos were spread that I was tampering with his models. I am asking that Mark supply the proof he has said he possesses which he says illustrates my involvement. I truly believe that several chatters on his site have purposely spread these rumors.

I am blocked from his BBS , but yet he has taken a private email sent to him and altered it leaving out the parts about my models ending up on his site.I am not able to respond to his sanitized post on the LCN BBS , and have received considerable criticism from people who do not know the entire story.

It comes down to full disclosure. I am unable to respond to his post on his BBS which he has altered from my email to him. I want him to post the entire email I sent him and not the sanitized version , AND to produce the proof he claims to have.

All my animals are either adopted or rescued.I am glad to see someone else who feels the same way about animals

Why you would even bother with this is beyond me.

What do you care if a bunch of "names" on a forum for a product you no longer use don't think much of you? It's time to walk away from LCN and if you want to start again, start again with a software you have more chance of success with from a company that doesn't have such control of your your data AND more importantly doesn't COMPETE with you. :2 cents:

I did walk away. I have been gone from them for almost 6 months.It was brought to my attention that I was being malinged based on an email he distorted and put on his BBS. Five girls from my site have ended up with him, and yet he states I am stealing his models. He says he has proof- all I want is for him to prove it. I am unable to respond on his BBS so I bring it here for his response.

Think about how much your time is worth per hour, then think about how many hours you have sunk into this. Since you no longer work with LCN unless it is negatively effecting your ability to do business in whatever you have chosen to do moving forward it's best to cut your losses and walk away. Dragging this out any further is the equivalent of flushing money down the toilet.

There are other cam companies both to work with and be a customer of. Turn the page, start a new chapter with someone else and don't look back. Put the drama behind you and focus your energy where it can improve your own situation.

Thank you for responding. I did leave LCN about six months , and have been busy developing my own site. The obstacles to success are formidable in this industry, but I have always taken every possible step to assure that I am viewed as an honest person trying to accomplish a difficult job. Regardless of how hard one works in this industry, one must remain forthright, honest and authentic. I cannot let accusations like he has made go unaddressed.

A number of the respondents to the thread he posted are cam girls. I have had no opportunity to demonstrate to these women, and undoubtedly their friends soon, that I have not done what Mark has accused me of. This will affect my ability to recruit women now ,and increasingly more in the future, unless addressed.

All I am asking for is that Mark produce the proof he says he has that I tampered with his girls. Until this was either proved or disproved, my email to him should never have been posted in his forum ,esp. without it being posted in its entirety. I find it somewhat suspicious that he chose the edit out the comments about my models somehow ending up on LCN. If he wanted to post my email on his BBS, he should have not sanitized it .

So I ask again, show me the proof to backup your claims. If you cannot produce such documentation ,I will consider this slander and everybody who has had the misfortune to deal with you will know your true character.
