I used to think he was asexual, but now I am leaning towards gay (After rewatching '6 feet under')

I would say he started out asexual and was glad to be in a relationship where he didn't have to have sex and even when he did at first he was unsure about. Then as he relaxed and found the right connection he got into it. So I would say he is not gay, but straight however for him to really be into it he needs the right girl.
