PayPal BillPay service
 

I've noticed that BillPay through PayPal will only work for select companies. I would assume this is some special verification process that the company goes through or the company does something different than others to allow that capability.

Does anyone know anything about this and how you would go about accepting BillPay? I can't seem to find much.
