Putting Money in PAXUM ACCOUNT. WTF?
 

Still jumping thrrough hoops just to get money into my Paxum acct to pay some people. This is has been a month long process.

Got my bank checking approved at last.. But what is the quickest way to fund the paxum acct? I need to send out 1500 to people and it seems there is some daily limit i can load into the acct and on top of that its taken a week already and still nothing has been loaded into my acct via the load from my bank. Still says pending..

How does one use this acct to send money when its just so slow and you cant load much? I dont see how it can be in the conversation as an industry standard for sending money.

With a Business account transfers (sending $ to other paxum accounts) are unlimited. With a Pesonal account - 5 per day. 75 per month. As for loading funds via wire, check or ach/eft there's no real limit on the amount you can load. There is a $2500 daily limit on the mastercard, but that's not relevant and your case.

Also, what did you use to load $ onto your account? ACH? Wire? What day did you do it on?

- Maximum Funding Amount by EFT per Day $ 500.00




Do you have a suggestion as to how I can load more, and faster than having to wait 7 days just to load in a small $500.00 amount?
Id like to INSTANTLY send out up to 5k a month to various webmasters to pay them out on a reg basis.

The support ticket guy who replies back to me all the time doesnt really seem to have solutions or any concept of understanding from the last dozen or so emails ive sent him over the month-s.

I was not aware of the EFT limits. I will try to get more info on that and see if I can find out anything to help you.

And you can only load 500$ per day.
That will take a while to get it to the level I need for it to be of any use.

not sure about personal accounts, business can load by wire
but the thing is unless one need to do mass payments it is not worth it, paying bank wire fee $40 and then pay paxum $50 - cheaper to send wire directly IF receiving side can accept wires


the slow ETF costs $5, wait 1.5 weeks and pay $5 for it. everywhere else it's free and much faster. I won't wait 1.5 weeks even if it was free.

No real incentive for smaller guys to load and send money through unless you receive funds from someone else. Paxum geared towards affiliate model and that's it.

I'll hand deliver it to them for 25$ a transaction. You just pay sending fees etc such as my plane tickets, meals and so on. :1orglaugh

yeah, mailing check gets delivered and cleared faster than this so called ETF

Just remove that 1buck for every transaction and everything will be fine

The EFT limitations are set by the bank and we personally have no control over.

We are very aware that our EFT times are less than desirable and we are indeed working on ways to speed it up.

I'm using Payoneer only for small online purchases because of their fees, and haven't ordered CashX card because of the withdrawal limits, fees, and the fact that just a several programs pay to CashX :pimp

So not only is it slow for someone like me to add money to my acct, if I wire it, it's also expensive.

FYI, ive never heard of a 5+ working days wire before. Arent wires usually 24 hours? The ones ive sent out (and I send out a lot every month) are usually 24-48 hours.

Ill grind this out and wait until it all works. Ive vest too much time now to give up now!

Maybe once the flow starts going it will be better. I can load like 500 a day until i get enough in there to send out payments every month. Fun!

Same thing was happening to us, we now have a reoccurring wire sent in weekly I believe.

Wires typically take 3-5 business days. Usually it seems to be delivered around the 3 day mark.

As Chris said, we're working on finding a faster solution for EFT, and we do apologize for the delays.

You may find Wires would be a more suitable option if you have regular payments to make, or alternatively you can also send us a Check to fund your account.

For the past year I had wires coming in and out reaching within 24hr East Europe, Asia
Few years ago they indeed traveled 3-5 business days.
What's wrong with you Canada? ;)

Edit: just remembered, had wire going out to Canada last fall, it came through the same day it was sent!

There should a option for business user to load their account by credit card. Sending wire cost 50$ + 50$ charge by paxum + 1$ for every transaction...
Paxum. You people should look at it. Your rates ate high compare to market, you should listen to your customers

Hi dpapa.. we do listen to our customers and we always take all suggestions into consideration for expansion of our service.

This is why we have recurring billing available; API/IPN in place for businesses to easily accept payments from other Paxum clients; additional security features; customer reputation/ratings; etc.

This is also one of the primary reasons we originally put ACH/EFT in place; at the request of our customers.

We are growing at a rapid pace, and in keeping with that growth we are always looking to expand our services in the most beneficial ways we possibly can for our customers.

How to load your Paxum account the right way:

Accept large payments via Paxum. Spend money to those you need to pay via Paxum. Pay water bill, gas in the car, groceries, etc... $3 load fee from sponsor + $1 usage fees = $25 or so before next big load. You are now spending less than getting or sending a wire.

You can actually sign up to be a Payoneer partner (it's free and only takes some paperwork) and then you can pay your webmasters whenever you would like and there is absolutely no limit on how much you can transfer to people.

We also have a new service where payees can receive their funds directly into their local bank accounts in their own currency. You would have to request this service, but it's not a problem. This is a new service that we just started a month ago, so it's open to about 15 countries right now, but we add more countries each week and hope to have it open to the whole world by the end of the summer. It's really a great service, and generally takes 2-3 business days to land in your account (the transfer is automatic on our end once the partner transfers the funds, so it depends on how long it takes the payee's bank to process the request, but it's generally within 2-3 business days). (Bonus points: No monthly fees since it goes straight to your account and no ATM fees on our end for the same reason.)

I actually do use payoneer and I love it. I have to use paxum to pay out some webmasters who only use paxum.. Thus the hoops ive been jumping through for the past month to get this going for them.
