"Best" is a matter of opinion.

It's certainly beautiful and the people are friendly.

However, the high taxes and entitlement mentality are a big turnoff.

I don't know but I think in Canada (pronounced kinahda) it's Kraft Dinner, but elsewhere in the world it's Kraft Macaroni and Cheese.

I may be wrong.

It may be that Quebec (pronounced al-Q'Bek) it's just "Dinner" and everywhere else in the world it's "Macaroni and Cheese".

Either way, stats prove we're a more frugal and intelligent country...
