Looking for company that does SMS billing.

Affiliate scheme would be good.

What country?

UK but does it matter ?

They should be international....

They aren't..

If you want an efficient local billing partner you need to go local as the global one are average everywhere instead of being really relevant in some countries.

Most mobile affiliation program have done this work of aggregating the billers.

Sounds very unlike them to me.

Guy and Daniela, and a tech guy whose number I am not allowed to have but who does not reply to his e-mails...

Their attitude is that I should be able to write a programming script or hire someone to do it, otherwise it is too much trouble for them.

Difficult to trust a phone company that's phone doesn't work!

I don't know of any billing company that will write you a script to do the integration Maxim.

No wonder they aren't getting back to you.

I use them for several clients and have nothing but good things to say about them.

You rock! - We have actually discussed details of the integration on a call with our tech team and have been helping with the integration where we can with sample scripts etc. I am not aware that we have been ignoring him or not talking to him for two weeks. As a matter of fact, Cherry I haven't heard back from you yet about my suggestion for a call from last Wednesday.

Yes, after a week of calls you at last organized a call with a person who new what to do.

We then changed the directory structure of our site and installed your script / code.

We then needed the URLs to send the joins to your site. I e-mailed your tech guy.

No Reply.

I phoned your telephone, answering machine, no call back

Daniel said she was in the States and could be contacted in the evening, but she also says that she is not the person we need to talk to.

I repeated this for the last two weeks

In the end Guy e-mailed me telling me to contact my host provider to answer a tech question. Which they say is their problem.

Interesting that they are quicker to reply here than there are to reply to me directly.

Just to add, want to know how a company should be run?

Try CCBILL, 24 hour 7 day a week service, I had a problem with our join page, rang CCBILL Sunday morning (In the night for CCBILL ) the guy was polite, we went into the folders, re installed a file and problem solved.

15 minutes...done


CCBILL is the level of competence and efficiency I would expect from a billing company.

Their number to Ireland (near UK) does not work 00 353 1 8898 600 (from their website )

Not a good start

If you do get through, check their payouts compared to other providers.

I've found you need an SMS PRS supplier per country in order to get the best payouts.

American Mobile Ventures (AMV) - they are the best around...hands down!

Let your rep know you want to add GA's phone and SMS billing to your cascade, you sign up on GA's site www.Global-Acces.com and give CC Bill your GA account info. You can also block US traffic so just your international traffic cascades to the phone/sms. Btw, GA is paying $6 per SMS in the UK.:)

I am no longer contracted to GA to promote them, but their solution makes sense. If you need anything from them, I can make it happen, and integration is super easy, especially with CC Bill.
