Anyone know of some good RSS feed generator that:

has a form/fields where i could paste descriptions, urls, urls to thumbs, etc and it would generate a valid RSS feed that people could use in their blogs, etc?

No matter if it's free, paid, desktop windows software or the one i could run via web browser.
