Last time I talked to Pinball they were not adult friendly. I know when they were Zango, they had some adult friendly stuff, But I didn't think that continued over to Pinball.

I don't know about the other sites you listed, but I know for a fact clicksor and leadbolt don't accept their offers to be placed on adult websites.

Not sure who told you they accept adult traffic.

Leadbolt used to accept adult traffic, and after talking to an account manager, he confirmed they still do.

It might be on case by case basis, when I signed up using with an adult URL I was denied.

If you look at their terms and conditions...

"(A) Affiliate shall not place an Offer with inappropriate content, which includes, but is not limited to, content that (i) promotes the use of alcohol, tobacco or illegal substances, nudity, sex, pornography, adult-oriented content such as phone sex or escort services, expletives or inappropriate language; (ii) pro-snip-"

just the mention of linkbucks is a damn good start.
