Need advice with solo site business plan/structure

Hey guys -
I run AddieJuniper.com

Addie is a fairly well-known model (mostly in the fetish genre), but we decided to put up a mainstream site for her. She does almost everything (boy/girl, etc.) though she has only done it once for another site, so her exposure with boy/girl is nearly non-existent.

Right now, the site only features up to handjob content. We have alot of boy/girl content (bjs and sex) and I'm wondering how best to go about it...should we release this stuff via zip sets? Is it bad to have alot of zip sets? Or should we just put the stuff on the site?

Also, do you guys think it's a good idea to combine our updating, camming sites all in one membership (like a pass) or bill them separately? (we also have a tickle site and are planning several more).

Thanks for the advice!

Psy

Sorry since nobody is answering.

Don't do it all in zips, you need to put it all in the members area and release the odd special one in a zip that they have to pay additionally for. Usually it's content that is more hardcore than the rest but since most of your content is hardcore, not sure what you will pick to be 'bonus' content

And bill them seperately. Also it's up to you whether you want to share a cam system or not. Both ways work.

Hey BrainwashAdult, I like the look of the site, it's different from the pack:thumbsup

If Addie is interested in reaching out to her fans by phone, get in touch. Her real number remains hidden, she can charge what she likes per minute, she can route calls to her cell phone and start making money by chatting with her fans globally anywhere she is:)

Hey man, here's some advice from someone who owns and runs 28 paysites. So take it for what it's worth (nothing 'cause it's free).

#1. My very first reaction was EWWW kiddie porn. Not the model but the design. It looks like little kids and it freaked me out.

#2: Is she 'softcore'? Cause again, my first reaction was "Okay, going for the Jewel-like innocence thing, kinds softcore-tease thing then WHOA handjobs. Bjs and sex and HJs oh my! Not really fitting in with the whole tease thing.

#3: Okay, so she's hardcore. great! Well, there's that whole "childish" feel to the design, so kinda creepy....

#4: TRAFFIC. How do you plan on getting traffic to the site? #1,2,3 may be moot if the site converts but you won't know til you throw enough traffic at it, and not fetish traffic, either.

#5: To answer your questions specifically:

Since you have the one site (and therefore limited revenue streams, at the moment anyway) I'd try and sell your Members the cam shows, not give it to them for free.

ZIP sets: I'd not even have them, to be honest. Make the surfer/member know you update 3 times a week instead. The biggest problem with single websites (unless they get big) is that they usually don't get big enough to sustain memberships beyond a month or two. Sure, you'll have mems who "fall in love" with the model and will rebill forever (bless 'em) but that's a tiny fraction. So you have to maximize what you have to sell. In other words, a mem can download all the ZIPs then cancel; without them you have a shot at keeping them longer.

If you plan on adding other sites make sure they are NOT fetish sites. Most fetish and hardcore sites stay seperate for a reason. But if tickle sites is what you plan on adding then I'd consider re-doing the site you have and make THAT site more fetish-y so that when you add your other sites you'll have a little network of related websites. Just a thought. Also, if you already have fetish traffic that's a no-brainer (this includes any Clips4Sale-type stores/traffic you may already have beside the model's "fame" in that community).

Best of luck no matter what!!! :)

I suggest that you send her to me and I fuck the hell out of her, she is cute.

Bad design and traffic leaks allover it... i wouldn't send it 1 click

Gezo! What are you thinking?:disgust

That design is tough to look at.

Make a few designs and test them. You'd be surprised how different conversion ratios can be from one layout / design to another.

That design is not working, i can't focus on the pics or the girl, my eye is drawn to everything else, she's hot enough to keep it far simpler, 3 nav buttons, nice big images.. imo

ideas ....

- Update the 2010 at the bottom to 2011 or 2010-2011
- With just the single site make 2 or 3 tours; 1 non-nude, 1 softcore with nude/lesbian/ and 1 with hardcore.
- Give members her regular updates then sell the 'harder' stuff as a premium upsell
- Have her do a free short cam show on a schedule once a week then offer where members can pay for private 1-on-1 shows.

Shoot as much content as possible now while she has the same look. Before she eventually wants to do something else, gets fat, finds religion, new boyfriend or whatever. No idea the agreement you have with her but most affiliates dislike immensely when they have to change/remove links when the model quits and is in control of the site/domain. With a large cache of content, and owning it, you at least have a chance to recoup expenses and have a chance to profit.

What to do with the members really depends on how many members you are getting in the door in the first place. If the girl is actually around and involved in the site she should be on cam and making $$$ from the members that are infatuated with her.

Some solid advice in here. I agree with some that thedesign is a bit creepy/tacky. I'll give you props for trying something different though.

The content seems excellent from watching the little teaser trailer on the tour.

I think you need to feature it more on the tour pages. Get rid of the weird crayola drawings and feature her best shots.

Not a fan of this one.
