Hello, we wanted to let you know that we do realize you are not receiving your mail and that means you aren't getting your checks. Should you want us to hold your checks until this is resolved, or choose a different payout method while this is going on, please let us know and we will get this fixed for you on our end.

While we can't keep up with the rest of the world's politics, we are mindful when we are alerted of things that will directly hinder you getting paid by us. As a default, all checks will be sent out as usual, but if you would like something else done with them or your payouts, please let us know.

I just got off the phone with the USPS in the states and they are holding all mail going to Canada, so they won't even get into your system from the USA until this is resolved.

But please, know that we are mindful of what is going on and should you need to make an adjustment, even a temp one, let us know, we want you to get your money.

And a brief note letting us know what to do with your checks/payouts. This HAS to be in the form of an email from the email you have on file with us as this is a sensitive matter regarding your payouts.

I heard from somebody yesterday that Canada Post would be working again on Friday. I believe there was an announcement, i could be wrong

Yes, I did, and as a matter of fact, was just about to email you with a little good news on that. ;)

Doesn't look like it:

"Mail service remains suspended to more than 843,000 Canada Post customers, including many businesses that depend on regular mail delivery."

Do what we did and just send out by Fedex until its resolved.
