I've decided to sell hotxxx.org domain, site and it's builded traffic because I really don't have time to seriously develop it.

Domain is registered at name.com and it's pretty good and memorable.

Site is completely custom PHP / MySQL with sponsor (topbucks) content loaded from external source.

In last 300 days site had 285.600 visits. Last month it had 25k visits (mostly SE traffic) and it's optimized for "hd porn" keywords. That 25k / month is pretty stable, but have in mind that it's mostly asian traffic.

I'm willing to sell it for any reasonable offer because I need really quick sale.
