how do i make a html page size small or smaller lets say the page is 152kb how can i make it smaller with the same content....

there are some online tools that will save you few kb

If you haven't already, include all JavaScript and CSS files externally.

Write better HTML...

You really would have to post the page/link here to take a look - there's lots of reasons for page-weight - usually in the code that isn't seen by humans but is generated by wysiwyg editors such as Frontpage....
