I don't think the purchaser really expects them to be valid, I think he just expects them to look valid so he can sell them on ad infinitum to people who want dating profiles.

Great way to build databases, because for sure there are resons to not pay anybody (if you are of that mind of course)

The scammers put adverts on forums for adult/CPA network account joint ventures. They say they will use your account to generate money and you take a % for loaning the account. The scammer uses the "I'm abroad, can't get account" excuse. The scammer then uses gift cards/VCC/Zeus CC dumps to complete offers. They grab the money, the account owner loses his account.

This guy is obviously arbitraging the whole deal.
