TLD's would be much better if they are not controlled by a single entity. For example,*.schools is open to anyone, not just those that own .schools. Like california.schools is can be registered by one person and sandiego.schools to another. The way they suggest, the person that owns .school, will sublet those.

yes, now you can purchase .schools for $185,000.00 and then allow san diego or anyone else register sandiego.schools etc... someone needs to maintain the TLD.

from what i heard, this has been approved. so TW should be getting .CNN in that case
