I have been locked out of my account and your customer service team do not reply to my emails, WTF is going on?

you are new into it, communication problems are ongoing problem for many months, and if their BBsupport is dead, i dont know what to do...

they stopped paying.

They're dead it seems, I pulled all of our links a little while back. Don't count on being paid anything that's owed, they have seemingly closed the doors and made it really hard to contact them.

It really sucks, they were good years ago...

Just stop promoting them and claim your fucking money!

We didn't stop paying. That's certainly not true. We're paying hundreds of affiliates each period from US and Europe (Spain, France, Italy) as always. We have over 1000 affiliates that we paid each period.

We only close account of scammers who do fraud as we always did. If your account was closed it probably was because of that.

I've personally sent 7 emails... never got a reply.
there are several posts from other GFY users who all report the same thing: account got close, emails go unanswered.

I saw two threads about it and mostly are the same people.

anyways, 7 emails sounds like a bad thing, that's for sure. Can you forward them to me to [email protected]? It would help me to figure it out who was supposed to replied and didn't.

Instead of requesting payments every time you want as before we made them automatically for everyone when the period ends.

So, what you made on May is paid during June. What you made on June is paid during July and so on.
