Hot niche site with low competition keywords.

Site is completely custom designed by myself, and comes with all content + domain name.
I'm currently taking offers and if I find the right one I will sell.

This site is easy to update. No HTML skills or knowledge required. The program used to create it can be downloaded free and then you can edit, add new content, etc.

I am thinking about selling it because my wife is due to give birth by the end of this month (June 2011) and I really need extra cash to help get things in order for the arrival of our newborn son.

Site maintenance is very easy, and creating fast and easy traffic is as simple as uploading watermarked videos to free tube sites. Currently the site ranks number 2 on Google's second page for its main keyword. Build a few backlinks and this site will easily climb to the top. (site was at number 4 on Google's 1st page a few months back)

The site has made money from selling premium accounts to FileSonic, and has also generated money from affiliate banner ads. Total income made from FileSonic from Feb 2011 to now is over $800.

do you own rights to all the content on there? what sort of ballpark are you looking for ?

I do not own rights to any of the videos shown on the site. All the videos are hosted elsewhere. I created this site for a client originally, who in the end would not pay me the remainder of our agreed upon price. I don't need a bunch of lectures on the sites legality. I am aware of all this and it is also part of the reason I want to sell it. I spent a lot of time building this site. If I hadn't, I would of just trashed the site and started over legit. Instead I decided to run with it and see if the site would actually make my money back, and It has.

I am more interested in building legitimate websites for people. If you are not interested in this site, just move on please.

I can understand the anger people may feel with a thread like this, but as a designer who spent countless hours building this site, I refuse to just delete it.
Purchase the site and do with it what you will. Delete the content and create a more legit site if you choose. The domain name itself gets over 100,000 visitors monthly and with barley any competition. So please stop complaining about the sites legality, and think of what other benefits you may gain out of owning this site/domain name.
